Fees

Services
ADHD Assessment: $1750.00
Comprehensive Psychological Assessment: $3500-$6000 (based on length of testing and which tests are used)
Individual Psychotherapy: $220 (50 minutes)
Please Note:
I do not accept insurance. I accept Credit Card payment through the HIPAA-compliant Electronic Health Record system TherapyAppointment.com portal.
I can accept ACH payments through Stripe, as long as the payee is aware that Stripe is not a HIPAA-compliant servicer (does not protect identifying information from being associated with the payment) and signs a consent form indicating their awareness of this and decision to use this payment method with this knowledge in mind.
For individual psychotherapy appointments I can complete a superbill that you may be able to use with your insurance for purposes of reimbursement. Please check with your insurance to see if this would be allowable, as I do not work directly with insurance companies.
For ADHD assessments and comprehensive psychological assessments I charge a flat rate and cannot provide an itemized superbill for this service. A general invoice/payment receipt for the flat rate charge will be available.
Notice: Good Faith Estimate for Health Care Services
As a health care provider, I am required by law to provide a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs to patients who do not have insurance or who are not using their insurance for services.
This estimate outlines the anticipated costs for services such as ADHD Assessment, Comprehensive Psychological Assessment, and Individual Psychotherapy.
Here are a few important points to know:
- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services. This includes related expenses like medical tests, prescriptions, equipment, and facility fees.
- You can request a written Good Faith Estimate at least 3 business days before your scheduled services. Feel free to ask for this estimate before you schedule an appointment as well.
- If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above the estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges.
- It’s a good idea to keep a copy of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
